YOU ARE A SPECIALTY COFFEE DRINKER...

...YOU MAY NOT KNOW IT YET.

We haven’t always loved coffee… in fact, we’re not even sure if we liked it. Our mindset was: learn to accept the burnt, bitter taste, or just load it with sugar and flavored creamer until it’s tolerable.

 

In 2015, everything changed… We walked into a local, small batch roastery in Gilbert, Arizona and ordered two drip coffees black. Right before we added our cream and sugar, we both smelled the fresh roasted beans in the back of the shop and stopped in our tracks. The scent was amazing, so we took quick a sip.

 

WE. WERE. SHOCKED.

 

We never knew coffee could taste so delicious on its own. Our idea of coffee was turned upside down and from that sip forward it has become our mission to help people experience the same revelation. Small batch, fresh roasted, specialty coffee is eye-openingly better.

 

At Clancy Bros we’re here to deliver a similar experience, From liking your coffee to loving it!

WHO ARE THE BROS?

CBCR was founded by brothers Nick and Chris Clancy.

 

The brothers grew up in Will County, IL. and were first introduced to coffee in the 1990’s when their very Italian grandma, Aggie used to serve Affogato (Ice Cream Coffee) for dessert after Sunday dinner.”

 

Nick’s Ideal Cup of Coffee:

Drip Black. A clean, smooth and sweet Light roast in the a.m., fruity, refreshing cold brew in p.m. 

 

Chris’ Ideal Cup of Coffee:

Drip, Med to dark roast, with bold, dark-chocolate notes and a full body- maybe a dash of cream to enhance the richness.
